The company has received overwhelmingly good response to e-draws for five projects in Gurgaon
when the world is talking about the slow response to the housing deals, Signature Global (SG) is standing out as the beacon of hope for the real estate sector with its projects getting tremendous response. In the last three months, Signature Global has executed e-draws of five projects. In these five projects, the total number of units was 3,169 against which around 13,927 applications were received. Encouraged by the faith shown by the people, the company is again doing an e-draw of 1,130 units in project Golf Greens 79, Sector-79 and Orchard Avenue 2, Sector-93, Gurugram, against which 1,947 applications were received.
Established in 2011, the company that has already delivered three projects emphasises on creating values of reliability, responsibility, and global standards. Signature Global has offices in Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Karnal. It has been working relentlessly to fulfill the housing dreams of Indians by focusing majorly on the affordable housing segment. The response to its projects is mainly because of the amount of work that it has done over the years. The company has already launched 19,711 units and have delivered 3 Affordable housing projects in Gurugram.
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman, Signature Global Group and Chairman, ASSOCHAM National Council on Real Estate, Housing, and Urban Development, said, “We are committed to timely delivery and the construction of all projects is going on in full swing. As per the norms of the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, the project delivery timeline is 48 months. However, we are far ahead of this timeline and are striving to deliver projects within 36-42 months from the time of project conceptualisation. And to ensure that, innovative technologies are being deployed to achieve speed, quality, and efficiency of construction as the company strongly believes in customer-oriented development.”
To date, the company has launched 21 residential with 19,711 units and one commercial project. The affordable housing segment is prospering with the presence of a volley of developers working towards the common goal of delivering ‘Housing for All’. “Apart from it being available in the budget of a middle class, these houses have now become the first investment choice for the millennial. This new age generation has high aspirations but has now started to take a decision on having at least have one house, which can be utilized as an investment tool or financial security for the future. A large number of the Indians fall into mid-segment and these homes meet their aspiration of having a roof over their heads,” adds Aggarwal.
Going forward, Signature Global has already aimed at launching 100,000 units across India by 2022 to contribute in ‘Housing for All’ mission.
